Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. A $10 shipping fee will be attached to purchases that are under $150 before tax. All items are shipped via UPS and a tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has shipped.
Local Pick-Up
Northwest corner of Connecticut girlies: You can select local pick-up at checkout! This option is free. PLEASE NOTE: You will receive an email when your order is ready. It may take up to 24 hours for your purchase to be available for pick-up. Pick-up hours are typically Tuesday through Saturday from 8am to 5pm.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! Returns or exchanges can be processed within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns can be mailed to us at the buyer’s expense or, alternatively, we are happy to provide a pre-paid return label. A flat fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund total upon receipt of the items.
You can return or exchange your product for a different product, or a refund will be made to the original payment method. Return or exchange items must have no visible signs of use or wear, and tags must be attached.
Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
